Use iOrasis SDK to fully exploit the top video platforms
available today

iOrasis fully supports the whole product range of the Matrox DSX family that includes a full set of cardsets from the lower-end SD to the higher-end HD products. iOrasis supports all the video I/O platforms from Matrox as well as Matrox products that offer advanced codec support and software video effects with no video I/O interface.

iOrasis can also be operated on a simple PC or Laptop without special hardware over the VGA card with optional SD or HD TV output. This offers the same advanced capabilities of iOrasis for development of applications for digital signage and plasma advertisement or program preview applications.

 For compatibility reasons iOrasis also supports Matrox's Digisuite family through the older AirProCore engine developed earlier by XVUE for Digisuite, as well as for Blackmagic's Decklink series.

Please check the following table for more information. When a Matrox family product is mentioned as supported, all codec variations of the product are also supported. Therefore the DSXLE support means DSXLE100,200,300 support. The supported video codecs depend only on the selected hardware platform.

  1. The 3D option requires either a DSXFX board for X.io and X.mio or a DirectX9 compliant CPU for DSXLE products.
